Welcome to laserchicks.com (the "Site"), operated by Laser Chicks ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Site and your purchase of any products or services from us. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, please do not use the Site.

You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You may not use the Site:

4. Product Information

We attempt to be as accurate as possible with product descriptions and pricing. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content of the Site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by Laser Chicks itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

5. Orders and Payment

When you place an order through the Site, you offer to purchase a product on these Terms and Conditions. All orders are subject to acceptance by us. We may refuse any order for any reason, in our sole discretion.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our Site. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

6. Shipping

We will ship your order to the address you provide. We are not responsible for any delays or errors in shipping caused by you providing incorrect information. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be provided during the checkout process.

7. Returns and Refunds

We offer a 30 day return policy on all products purchased through the Site. Please see our separate Return Policy for details on how to return a product and receive a refund.

Return and Refund Policy

Laser Chicks Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Laser Chicks purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return it to us within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund.

Return Conditions:

Timeframe: All returns must be initiated within 30 days of the date you received your order.
Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags attached.
RMA Number: To initiate a return, please contact us at returns@laserchicks.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please include your order number and reason for return in your email.
Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return arrives safely.
Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for the refund to be processed.

Exceptions:

Personalized or Custom Items: Personalized or custom-made items are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged.
Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@laserchicks.com. We will gladly replace the item or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs.

Return Process:

Contact Us: Email us at returns@laserchicks.com to request an RMA number.
Pack Your Return: Carefully repackage the item in its original packaging, including all tags and accessories.
Ship Your Return: Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package and ship it to the address provided by our customer service team.
